That's a good questions. Yes, it is feasible to apply CLARITY to mouse skin samples. We recommend that you remove all hair from the samples before beginning as that can lead to increased autofluorescence during imaging. If you were to try to use our Tissue Clearing Kit, we recommend you use the Low Lipid Tissue clearing kit.
